Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

Our company, Concept 360 Interiors Limited will provide the following interior design services to the client:

1. Space planning and layout design
2. Selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes
3. Lighting design
4. Colour consultation
5. Kitchen and bath design
6. Custom millwork and cabinetry design
7. Window treatment design
8. Art and accessory selection
9. Design presentations and renderings
10. 3D modelling and visualization
11. documents and specifications
12. Budget management and cost estimating
13. Post-construction styling and detailing

These services will include the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and specifications, as well as the coordination of any necessary subcontractors.

Fees and Payment

Our fees for the above services will be calculated at the rate of [hourly/daily/flat rate] and will be due [upon completion/on a monthly basis/other]. A deposit of [amount] will be required before work begins, and any additional fees will be invoiced as they become due. Payment must be received within [number] days of the date of the invoice.

Changes and Additions

Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be requested in writing and will be subject to additional fees. The client will be notified of any such fees before work on the changes or additions begins. Any work must be signed off by the client.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, our company will be entitled to payment for any work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposit will be returned to the client, minus any costs incurred by our company.

Confidentiality

Our company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information or materials provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any designs or materials produced by our company will remain the property of our company. The client will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such designs or materials for the purposes of the project outlined in this agreement.

Warranties and Indemnification

Our company warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. In the event that the client suffers any losses or damages as a result of our company’s actions or omissions, our company will indemnify the client for such losses or damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Whilst we do our best to interpret your designs & specifications accurately, we may not always interpret them in the same way. Please check the specification is correct with your chosen purchases before confirmation of orders.
